6. Flipping mechanism: The Yiran natural gas flipping trolley furnace equipment adopts a hydraulic mechanism to achieve flipping. There is a lifting oil cylinder at the bottom of the trolley, which is controlled by a hydraulic station composed of oil pump, oil tank, electric motor, plunger pump, section stop valve, deceleration valve and other components. When the trolley needs to flip, simply lightly tap the trolley flipping control button. When the trolley flips to a certain position, the travel switch will automatically disconnect, and the trolley stops flipping. Then, tap the flipping reset button, and the trolley will automatically recover.
